I have five storefronts. Do I need five subscriptions?
Yes. A subscription covers one storefront, the way a Shopify app charge does. Five storefronts means five subscriptions, and they do not have to be on the same plan: one Monitor and four Coverage is a normal shape. Each storefront keeps its own score, its own history and its own alerts, because each one can break on its own.
What is the difference between Coverage and Monitor?
Only how often an agent walks the store. Checked every day, and walked by an agent every month. That is Coverage. Checked every day, and walked by an agent every week. That is Monitor. Everything you can read and every alert you can receive is the same on both, because a merchant paying for monitoring has to be able to read the finding it alerted them about.
Does the agent place real orders?
No. The agent goes as far as the payment step and stops. No card details are entered and no order is placed, on any plan. That is a guardrail rather than a setting, so there is nothing to switch on.
Will this slow down or spam my store?
No. Agents identify themselves and visit from a fixed set of static addresses at low volume. We cap how often any one storefront is scanned in a day, counted across everyone who asks rather than per person. The default is 12 retrieval checks and 3 full agent journeys, and only a contract with that merchant raises it.
What if my score is fine?
Then you will know, and you will know the day that changes. Agent models, protocols and your own theme all update constantly, which is exactly why the score is worth watching rather than reading once.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes. The card is taken when you start the trial and is not charged for 7 days. Cancel before then and it costs nothing. The trial includes 3 full agent journeys. The daily checks on price, stock and policies run throughout, and the plan resumes its normal journey schedule when the trial ends.
What happens on day 7?
The card is charged for the plan you picked, at the price on that plan's card above, and monitoring carries on at that plan's own cadence. Nothing changes about the store, and no separate charge is made for the trial itself.
How do I cancel, and what happens when I do?
From the store's own page in your dashboard, in three steps: pick a reason, read one alternative, confirm. Monitoring then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and stops on that date rather than the moment you press the button. After that the store goes back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted, so the scans, scores and reports you already have stay where they are.
Can I get the $9 report refunded?
Yes. Ask from the report itself, and within 7 days of buying it the refund is automatic: the money goes back and the report closes as soon as it does. After that a person reads the request and emails you, and your report stays open while they do.
How many agent journeys does a trial include?
The trial includes 3 full agent journeys. The daily checks on price, stock and policies run throughout, and the plan resumes its normal journey schedule when the trial ends. That is a total for the whole trial rather than a daily rate, and it is the same on Monitor, Defend or Patrol, so a trial on the fastest plan runs the same number of journeys as one on the slowest.
