Ottom is run by 5wire Networks Ltd, trading as Ottom, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09105675. These are the documents that govern using it. Every version we have published stays readable at its own address.
Terms of Service
Version 22 September 2026. The contract between Ottom and the businesses that use it: what a scan does, scanning stores you do not own, plans, refunds, reports, your data, liability and how these terms change.
Privacy Policy
Version 22 September 2026. What personal data Ottom holds, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it and how to get it deleted. Ottom holds no shopper personal data, and analytics stay off until you allow them.
Acceptable Use Policy
Version 22 September 2026. What you may not use Ottom for: attacking or overloading a store, harassing a store owner, copying Ottom, or scanning unlawful stores. And what we do when it happens.
Partner Terms
Version 22 September 2026. The terms of the Ottom referral program: 20% of what a referred client pays for 3 years, how referrals are credited, when payouts are made, and the rules for promoting Ottom.
Subprocessors
Version 22 September 2026. Every service outside Ottom that handles personal data for us: what it does, which data it sees and where. With a dated record of every change.
